Originally a boarding house, built in 1878, this charming motel has rooms individually decorated in unique styles, creating a cozy and possible “haunting” atmosphere. Each room includes cable TV, microwave, and refrigerator, hair dryer and personal amenities.

We brew fresh coffee for our guests each morning in the Sugarloaf Market, and have it available with a selection of teas for your enjoyment by 7:00 am. The Market is onsite, and also carries a variety of convenient snacks, pastries, muffins, and necessities. 

Located within one block is the Café Del Rio Restaurant featuring American and Southwest cuisine along with daily specials. We are located on Historic C Street where you step back in time to the 1800’s. Leave your vehicle at the Motel and have no worries of parking while you stroll downtown to explore the wide variety of shops, historic adventures and restaurants.
